Job Requirement Dear Candidate,
We are looking for young and dynamic candidates willing to work in travel and tourism company.
JOB DESCRIPTION/ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Source and maintain a database of prospects in the local marketplace
2 Identify prospects and generate leads in the growth segment of the corporate market
3 Initiate contact, deliver the UNIGLOBE presentation and close sale with prospects
4 Schedule and deliver refresher presentations to existing corporate accounts
5 Ensure that the local marketplace is aware of the UNIGLOBE Travel Management Proposal selling points, advantages and benefits
6 Analyze and(or) develop account revenue/retention model to ensure client profitability for prospects as well as existing corporate accounts
7 Work closely with the agency owner and use the proprietary UNIGLOBE Fee maker program to determine the optimum revenue model for the prospective account
8 Work closely with the agency owner to draft responses to RFP documents and sales proposals
9 Develop leads with large corporate accounts, coordinate with other UNIGLOBE agencies in India to jointly bid for large, multinational accounts
10 Monitor industry news as it relates to corporate sales and sales strategy and communicate relevant news regularly with clients
11 Circulate the monthly e-newsletter to the databank of existing and prospective customers
Additional Responsibilities:
12 Maintain and manage relationships with key corporate accounts
13 De-brief and interpret the various MIS reports on a quarterly basis to analyze overall spend and travel spend patterns
14 Schedule periodic analysis and offer concrete cost-containment consultative expertise to corporate accounts
15 Play an instrumental role in installing and corporate deals
16 Develop effective customer retention strategies such as travel manager’s promotion etc
